PokerToast Terms of Service

Effective date: October 17, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the owner of PokerToast, a sole proprietor in Wisconsin, United States, doing business as PokerToast ("PokerToast", "we", "us"). PokerToast is not a company: its owner runs it personally as a sole proprietor, so when these terms say "we", they mean the owner. By creating an account or using pokertoast.com you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

1. What PokerToast is (and isn't)

PokerToast is a study tool for poker players: a hand and equity calculator, practice tables against computer bots, solver advice, hand reviews and daily puzzles.

2. Who can use PokerToast

You must be at least 18 and allowed to agree to these terms where you live. Don't use PokerToast where the law forbids it.

3. Your account

4. Plans, prices and payment

5. Coach plan

A paid revenue-share programme for coaches may come later; it is not offered now.

6. Cancelling and refunds

6A. Gifts, referrals and promotions

This section applies once gift subscriptions, referral rewards ("bring a friend") and these promotions are offered on PokerToast; they are switched off at launch, and we'll announce each one.

Gift subscriptions

Referrals and "bring a friend"

Promotions (for example the Black Friday bonus)

7. Fair use rules

You agree not to:

Sharing a single hand, spot or result with friends, in a forum or in your own coaching is fine, with a mention of PokerToast.

8. Solver numbers are estimates

Solver advice, frequencies, EVs, equities, skill scores, player profiles and bot behaviour come from our computer models. They are estimates, may contain errors, and simplify real games (for example, many spots are solved heads-up only). They are for study; they are not guarantees of results and not financial or gambling advice. How you play, and any money you win or lose elsewhere, is your responsibility.

9. Our content and yours

10. Changes to PokerToast and to these terms

We improve PokerToast all the time and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a major feature of a paid plan, you can cancel and get a pro-rated refund for the unused part of a yearly plan. We may change these terms; for significant changes we'll tell you on the site or by email at least 14 days before they apply to you. Continuing to use PokerToast after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, cancel before they apply.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using PokerToast and ask us to delete your account at any time (cancel any subscription first). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is used for fraud. Unless the breach is serious, we'll warn you first. If we close your account for a breach, we don't refund the current period. If we shut PokerToast down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused prepaid time.

12. Disclaimers

PokerToast is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so they may not all apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost winnings or gambling losses; and our total liability for any claim about PokerToast is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or US $50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.

14. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using PokerToast and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows. This doesn't take away rights consumer law gives you.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any claim, please email us so we can try to fix it informally within 30 days. The state and federal courts in that state have jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in small-claims court where you live, and consumers in the EU/UK keep the right to use their local courts and laws.

16. Other terms

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about PokerToast. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your account or these terms; we may transfer them to a person or company that takes over PokerToast (for example, a company the owner forms to run it), and we'll tell you if that happens.

17. Contact
